Haar werk draait om de fascinatie voor tijd en ruimte en vooral de wijze waarop die samenvallen in onze perceptie en illusie. Om die abstracte begrippen tastbaar te maken gebruikt ze twee- en driedimensionale vormen: fotografie, installatie, collage en projectie. Zij begint meestal met een schijnbaar onmogelijke vraag of opdracht waarna diepgravend onderzoek naar het onderwerp volgt, om uiteindelijk een vorm te vinden die zich aan elke rationele benadering lijkt te onttrekken. |

Her work revolves around the fascination for time and space and especially the way in which they coincide in our perception and illusion. To make these abstract concepts tangible, she uses two and three-dimensional forms: photography, installation, collage and projection. It usually begins with a seemingly impossible question or assignment, followed by in-depth research into the subject, eventually finding a form that seems to evade any rational approach. |
