. ABOUT THIS WEBSITE The website is now divided into three independent parts. Each presents a way of looking that I have used for the past twenty-five years. The three chapters are not connected to each other, they are completely separate from each other. To get from one part to the other, you have to go back to the home page. Each part brings together a number of 'chapters': series, or projects, that share an approach to the concept of space. In time, these overlap. That is what makes daily practice so confusing, because it often seems as if working in one way evokes a desire for the opposite. Just as in the city I can long for the vast landscape or the sea, but once outside I miss the dynamics of the city again ... but perhaps it is also a dynamo and the constant alternation between 'plus' and 'minus' provides the energy to keep going.
